Our guarantee is simple, if you are not happy with the goods you receive and they are outside of quoted specification and quality level we will refund or replace the goods provided that you notify us within 7 days receipt of the goods**. See our terms and conditions of sale for further details.

On Time, Every Time

We are pleased to provide free UK deliveries on all orders over £75. Orders below £75 are charged at our current standard rate.

Our expertise and infrastructure mean that we always deliver on time for any no fail event**.  Sometimes things occur outside our control and if this happens and we don’t deliver on time for whatever reason we will refund your order provided that:

• We have agreed the no fail event delivery date with you by email and on the order confirmation
• you have correctly signed and dated all delivery notes for the products

I’ve Found A Cheaper Price Elsewhere

Not all badges are created equal.  It’s easy to give a cheap quote for a badge by using lower quality fittings, finish and materials and that may not be what you want or need!  We will always check what your actual requirements are before we give a final quote, after all you wouldn’t want to give a promotional quality badge as an award!

If you get a cheaper quote from somewhere else we’d be very grateful if you would give us the opportunity to see if we can beat it. With our facilities, set up and experience we will give you the confidence in us and our products to place an order with us, after all our Group of companies has been around for over 109 years.

Delivery & Lead Times

Please ensure that you check the order confirmation and that we have all your contact details and delivery address correct. All items are checked and dispatched from our Birmingham Factory. Should you wish to collect your goods in person please let us know. All lead times commence from the date of approval.

Pre-production Samples

We are always happy to supply you with a pre-production sample prior to mass production. These can be particularly useful if you require approval from more than one individual to sign off on a project. Please note that a pre-production samples can add around 5 to 10 working days on to the mass production delivery date depending on how quickly you approve the sample.

Copyrights, Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Trust and integrity is a very important part of our business and is encompassed within our core values. When supplying the Badge Studio with any Intellectual Property, Trademarks, imagery or designs you undertake that you are the sole legal owner or licensee of the material and or copyright. In addition, you confirm that the design does not in any way whatsoever infringe on any common law or statutory rights of any individual or entity.

Should anything the Badge Studio produce on your behalf infringe any individual or entity’s copyright, trademark or any other right you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Badge Studio in the event of against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, proceedings.

The Badge Studio website shows items with logos and registered trademarks, these items are only intended to demonstrate our production capabilities and are for visual purposes only- it does not necessarily imply that they have been manufactured.
